Russell is a quiet, mostly single family neighborhood northeast of 122nd Ave and Halsey St. The area is becoming increasingly popular with new residents who are discovering the livability and sense of community in surrounding neighborhoods, such as Maywood Park and Argay.

West Linn is a city in Clackamas County with a history of early development, prompted by the opportunity to harvest energy from nearby Willamette Falls. It has beautiful, well-maintained parks and year-round recreational activities, and is right across the river from Oregon City.
Just six miles east of downtown Portland, Maywood Park is just east of Rocky Butte. Vintage homes and quiet streets are tucked in among old growth timber. Maywood Park is the area’s noted “city within a city” and was incorporated in 1967. Maywood Park is surrounded on all sides by the city of Portland and includes a scenic section of the area’s famed 40-Mile Loop multi-use path.
One of the most lovely neighborhoods on the Eastside, suburban Hazelwood is green and filled with well-kept contemporary houses on great lots. Situated on a slight rise, there are beautiful views of Mount Hood and Tabor from certain areas. With easy access to Interstate 205, major shopping centers, Clackamas Town Center and Mall 205 are just a quick drive away. Milwaukie lies largely in Clackamas County, right on the banks of the Willamette River. The “Dogwood City of the West” offers small town charm with easy access to big city amenities. The new Orange Max line will make the short commute into downtown Portland easier than ever before. Although Milwaukie is small (just 4.85 sq. mi.), the appeal is large; beautiful views from the Willamette River Waterfront Park, access to water-sports, parks, biking trails and great schools. Milwaukie is a safe and clean community and is named as one of the 50 best places to raise a family.
Argay Terrace is a Northeast Portland subdivision primarily built in the 1960s. Consisting mainly of mid-century ranch homes, the neighborhood was designed to prevent high traffic streets, has a number of green walkways, a park, and is quite an attractive area. Close proximity to the I84 Freeway provides easy commuting into Portland or road trips through The Gorge.
Ashcreek is bordered by Maplewood to the north, Multnomah and Crestwood to the east, Far Southwest to the south. To the west are the communities of Garden Home-Whitford and Tigard. While mostly in Multnomah County, Ashcreek does extend a short distance into Washington County on its western side.
Collins View borders the neighborhoods of Marshall Park and Arnold Creek to the west, Tryon Creek State Natural Area to the south, Dunthorpe and River View Cemetery to the east, and the South Burlingame neighborhood to the north. Collins View is also home to Lewis and Clark College.
A small neighborhood with charming homes, Crestwood is also located near the shops, cafes, and restaurants of Multnomah Village and Barbur. The neighborhood is also home to Woods Memorial Natural Area – a great park for walking, running, or solitude. Downtown Portland is just a short drive away, either via I-5 or Barbur Blvd.
Adjacent to the city of Tigard on the west, the Ashcreek and Crestwood neighborhoods on the north, West Portland Park on the north and east, and the city of Lake Oswego on the east and south. The forested Lesser Park is also located in this neighborhood, as well as Portland Community College Sylvania Campus.
