Ashcreek is bordered by Maplewood to the north, Multnomah and Crestwood to the east, Far Southwest to the south. To the west are the communities of Garden Home-Whitford and Tigard. While mostly in Multnomah County, Ashcreek does extend a short distance into Washington County on its western side.

Arnold Creek is a neighborhood (as well as a creek) just north of the city of Lake Oswego. It borders West Portland Park to the west, Markham and Marshall Park to the north, Collins View and Tryon Creek State Natural Area to the east.
A small neighborhood with charming homes, Crestwood is also located near the shops, cafes, and restaurants of Multnomah Village and Barbur. The neighborhood is also home to Woods Memorial Natural Area – a great park for walking, running, or solitude. Downtown Portland is just a short drive away, either via I-5 or Barbur Blvd.
Adjacent to the city of Tigard on the west, the Ashcreek and Crestwood neighborhoods on the north, West Portland Park on the north and east, and the city of Lake Oswego on the east and south. The forested Lesser Park is also located in this neighborhood, as well as Portland Community College Sylvania Campus.
The Hayhurst neighborhood is a quiet, suburban feeling neighborhood with many homes that offer lovely views and are situated on mature tree lined streets. This area offers some larger lots and a wide range of home styles. Gabriel Park is a popular neighborhood park with green spaces, a dog park, and plenty of room to roam and run. The historic Alpenrose Dairy is also located in this neighborhood.
Maplewood is made of a nice mix of suburban and rural features, all while being located relatively close to downtown for an easy commute. There are a wide variety of home styles, and some areas feature hills with views. Multnomah Village is located nearby, so there are many areas to shop, eat, and find activities.
Relaxed, residential, and laid back, Marshall Park is located surprising close in considering its rural vibe. This neighborhood features a variety of home styles, and provides a quiet, family-friendly lifestyle.
Like most Southwest neighborhoods, this is a charming area with a mix of residential homes and businesses with a strong sense of local community. Tall evergreens, curvy streets, and views create a more suburban feel, despite the close proximity to downtown Portland.
West Portland Park is a family-friendly neighborhood and a great mix of suburban and rural areas. There are a number of local parks and green spaces in the area.
