Like people, homes have unique and special personalities, and these two were no exception. I was looking for two distinctly different buyers and had to come up with a specialized marketing strategy for each.
7126 N. Tyler is an outstanding renovation in progress. The best of everything has gone into refurbishing this house. The home was sold 75% completed allowing the new owner to put finishing touches on the structure to truly make it their very own. One of the interesting things about selling a not-quite-finished product is that I get to enjoy watching the progress from here on out. I am really looking forward to see what the completed product will look like.
7116 N. Tyler was the exact opposite of its neighbor rehab home. A darling Victorian, this home had been beautifully restored and updated and meticulously cared for inside and out. For years neighbors and passersby have been complimenting, borrowing ideas, and taking inspiration from the welcoming front yard landscaping. I know because I am one of the neighbors who has been inspired by this one-of-a-kind gem.
Both these homes received multiple offers and sold in the first week on the market. A great end to the tale of two houses.
